2.1 Application Content Inquiry and Registration

 

With this service, you can check the status of your application in the [Application Content Inquiry] menu after submitting an application.

In addition, depending on the details, it is possible to revise information on the application, withdraw the application, or repeat an application using data from previous applications.

 

The following information is provided in accordance with the procedures.

Initial Screen Explanation

Note: May change according to the system settings.

 


1. Main Menu

The functions available with this service will be displayed.

2. [Application Number] and [Password]

After completing the application submission, enter the issued [Application Number] and [Password]. Note: Please check the e-mail “Notification of Application Completion.”

3. [Inquire] button

Proceed to the «Application Details Screen».

4. Main Menu

The functions available with this service will be displayed after login.

5. List of Applications

Displays a list of applications submitted after a user has registered.

6. [Details] Button

Proceed to the «Application Details Screen».

7. [Name of Procedure]

The name of the procedure will be displayed.

12. [Application Content] Area

Displays the information provided at the time of registration.
If you are revising the application content, the changes from the previous version will be displayed in blue.

8. Application Number

The application number will be displayed.

9. Status

Please refer to the following table.

13. Menu Buttons

・[Return to Application Details] button: Returns to the «Application Content Inquiry Screen».

・[Repeat Application] button: Will be displayed for all possible statuses within the acceptance period.

・[Revise] button: Will be displayed for the statuses of [Reservation Pending], [Reservation Pending (Checking)], and [Reservation].

・[Withdraw] button: Will be displayed for the statuses of [Reservation Pending], [Reservation Pending (Checking)], and [Reservation].

10. Processing History

The user’s history of procedures is displayed in descending order of processed date and time.

11. Revision History Button

When a user revises an application, the [Revision History] button will be displayed for the latest four applications (by modification date) and (to the far right) for the most recent application (by application date). Clicking on the [Revision History] button will display the changes in [Application Content] for the applicable date.

 

9. Status

The status of an application will be displayed. The displayed menu buttons will change according to the status of an application.

Note: The possible statuses are [Reservation Pending], [Reservation Pending (Checking)], [Rejected], [Reservation], [Reservation Confirmed], and [Reservation Cancelled]. (For details, refer to “Overview of Processing Statuses” and “Overview of Processing (Flowchart).”)

 

 

The following is an overview of the possible statuses that will be displayed on the user’s screen and a flowchart of the process.

 

Overview of Statuses

Status

Explanation of Status

Reservation Pending

The application successfully entered the system but is waiting for the person responsible to receive (process) it.
The application successfully entered the system but is waiting for the service provider to receive (process) it.

Reservation Pending

(Checking)

The application entered the system and was reviewed but was returned to the user due to errors, etc. in the information. (This status requires the user to revise or withdraw the application.)
The status will be changed to [Cancelled] if the user does not change or withdraw the application before receipt of the application is finalized.
Note 1: It is possible for the user to change the content or withdraw the application at this point.
Note 2: It is possible for the person responsible for receiving the file to reactivate the application. (That is, return it to “Reservation Pending” status.)

Rejected

The application was received and reviewed but rejected. (The user is required to apply again from the beginning, and the rejected application will be closed.)
Note 2: It is possible for the person responsible for receiving the file to reactivate the application. (That is, return it to “Reservation Pending” status.)

Reservation

The application review has been completed and will remain at this status until the application deadline.
The application content can be changed or cancelled at this point.

Reservation Confirmed

Once the application deadline passes, the application automatically changes to a confirmed reservation.
The application cannot be changed or cancelled at this point.

Reservation Cancelled

The status shown when a user has cancelled a reservation.
