5.3 Changing User Information

 

Registered users can change their e-mail address, password, and other information.

The registered user information can also be deleted.

Deleting the information returns a user to non-registered status, so inquiring about past applications requires the input of the [Application Number] and [Password] issued when you completed an application.

This operation is performed from the [User Information] menu after logging in to the service.
